Customer Portal at https://occ.unifi.my and please refer to the FAQ section for the step-by-step guide on how to reset your Unifi e-mail account password. You need to have a registered myUniFi account in order to view the guide and reset your e-mail account password. Refer to screenshot where you can change your password in myUnifi customer portal.
